Dr. Beau's Beginnings
As a second-generation Doctor of Chiropractic, Dr. Beau has witnessed and experienced the wonders of chiropractic care throughout his life. It was only natural for him to become a chiropractor and help others live their lives in alignment as well.
He attended the prestigious Palmer College of Chiropractic West, and graduated with his D.C. in 2010, eager to enter into practice and serve his community. Returning to his hometown in Santa Maria, CA, he started his practice, Pierce Chiropractic & Sports Injury Center, and foundedthe most-read online resource and network for the chiropractic profession.

The Problem
Very quickly, Dr. Beau learned that earning the title of a doctor didn’t mean that new patients would immediately line up through the practice’s door. He also realized that most of his community didn’t yet understand what it meant to live the chiropractic lifestyle in the first place.
After spending many years and thousands of dollars on old‑school marketing techniques, Dr. Beau was frustrated by the ineffectiveness of archaic and traditional “Market Your Practice” programs. Consulting with marketing professionals both within and outside the chiropractic industry, he kept searching for the one “magic bullet” that would fill his appointment books. The programs, apps, masterminds, seminars, and countless other avenues were ultimately to no avail.
So he did what any determined and growth-focused practice owner does: he took matters into his own hands. He decided to create his own marketing plan and battle test it within his own practice.

The Well Rounded System
Dr. Beau now refers to this battle plan as the “Well Rounded System” — over the last 10 years, the system he’s mastered now serves both to provide a constant stream of new patients each and every month, and to utilize modern technology, retaining patients and converting them into lifetime customers and fans.
Realizing that the Well Rounded System provides an opportunity to fill an industry‑wide need, he set out to co‑found Well Rounded Agency, the full‑service marketing agency built by chiropractors for chiropractors.
